Photography Service Agreement

This agreement is made between Diana Cristina Photography (“Photographer”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) for photography services as outlined below.

📋 1. Overview

This contract confirms that the Client has engaged Diana Cristina Photography to perform photography services for a session or event. By booking and signing this agreement, the Client agrees to all terms outlined.

📸 2. Description of Services

The Photographer will provide professional photography services for the session or event described at booking. This may include pre-session planning, on-location photography, editing, and delivery of digital images via private online gallery.

🚫 3. No Guaranteed Results

The Photographer will use her expertise and creative judgment to deliver quality images. However, the Client understands that no specific number of images, poses, or outcomes are guaranteed due to variables such as weather, cooperation of subjects, and lighting conditions.

💰 4. Price & Payment

• Session/Event Fee: As agreed upon at booking.

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the date.

• The remaining balance is due no later than the session date (or 1 week before events).

• Services will not be rendered or images delivered unless payment is received in full.

📷 7. Exclusivity

The Photographer will be the exclusive photographer during the agreed time of the session or event. No other professional photographers, including family members or friends with professional equipment, are allowed without written permission.

⚖️ 8. Limits of Liability

The Photographer is not responsible for:

• Missed shots due to late arrivals, uncooperative subjects, or unforeseen factors.

• Loss or damage of images due to system failure, accident, or theft (maximum liability is return of payment).

• Any injuries incurred during the session or event.

🎨 9. Photographer’s Style & Discretion

The Client has reviewed the Photographer’s work and trusts her professional and creative judgment. Edits, image selection, and retouching will be completed at the Photographer’s discretion and will reflect her signature style.

💾 10. Archiving Photographs

Edited images will be available for 6 months via online gallery. The Photographer is not responsible for storing images after this period. Clients are encouraged to download and back up all files upon delivery.
