Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Diana Cristina. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We will issue a refund or exchange once we have received and inspected the returned item.
International Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may require photos of the damaged or defective item to process a refund or exchange.
