Effective Date: May 22, 2025

By booking a session with Diana Cristina Photography, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

• Sessions are not considered confirmed until the retainer is received.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.

• Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Retainers are transferable if rescheduled within 60 days of the original date.

• Outdoor sessions only are eligible for rescheduling due to inclement weather.

 

3. Session Details

• Sessions begin promptly at the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

• Diana Cristina Photography only provides natural light, outdoor lifestyle sessions (no studio or indoor sessions).

• The Client is responsible for their own attire, grooming, and arriving photo-ready.

 

4. Image Delivery

• Final, edited images will be delivered within 3–4 weeks via a private online gallery.

• The number of images delivered may vary by session type, but family sessions include at least 60 high-resolution images.

• Minor retouching is included. Extensive retouching (braces, background changes, etc.) may incur an additional fee.

 

5. Copyright & Usage

• All images remain the property of Diana Cristina Photography.

• Clients receive personal use rights to print and share their photos for non-commercial purposes.

• Images may not be altered (filters, crops, edits) without permission.

• Diana Cristina Photography may use images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional use, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

 

6. Liability

• Diana Cristina Photography is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damage that may occur during the session.

• In the rare event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, the Client may receive a rescheduled session or full refund of the retainer.

 

7. Client Satisfaction

• The Client acknowledges that artistic style and editing are subjective. Booking a session implies trust in the photographer’s vision and style.

• Requests for additional editing or alternate versions may incur an extra fee.

 

8. Agreement

By booking a session, the Client confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
